SHIPPING POLICY
For all digital, printable invitations, these are emailed directly to you within 3 business days from order. No items will be shipped. If you are not seeing you file arriving within the expected time frame, be sure to check your junk or spam box.
For printed invitations, turnaround time is 3-5 business days once the digital proof is approved. Before invitations are printed, a digital proof will be emailed to you to confirm that all of the information is correct.
For custom canvas prints and home decor, turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
If you receive a damaged item, please let me know right away. We will work together to get you a new product if necessary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the fact that my products are custom, once an order is placed and produced, no cancellation or refund is available. By purchasing, you agree to the turn around time. If you are in need of something sooner, please notify me PRIOR to purchase, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

For all printed invitations, you must approve the digital proof (sent via email) before I print. One I get confirmation that the proof looks good, I will print and ship to you. If you find a misspelling and/or error once you receive the printed invitations, no refund will be given. I can reprint them for you at an additional cost.
